Wafloy Mountain Village

The Spring Feast Retreat will be held at a NEW location this year! The Wafloy Mountain Village, a Christian-owned retreat center, is located right outside the Great Smoky Mountains National Forest in Gatlinburg, Tennessee!

The Lodge

We have exclusive access to “The Youth Lodge”. It includes:

✅ A large meeting/dining area equipped with tables, folding chairs, comfy chairs and couches, ping-pong and shuffleboard tables, a wood-burning fireplace, and beverage station with coffee maker and sink.

✅ A full kitchen with a large industrial-sized refrigerator, a deep freezer, two stoves w/ovens, 2 microwaves, a triple sink, ice machine, and a large pantry that includes lots of cooking ware. There is also a large event grill right outside the kitchen door (propane included!)

✅ 14 private bedrooms (each with it’s own private bathroom!). These rooms will serve as our only housing option this year.

✅ Outdoor activities/amenities: sand volleyball, tennis/basketball court, gaga ball, disc golf, kayaking/canoeing, hiking trails, and more!

The Chapel in the Woods

We also have exclusive access to “Chapel In The Woods”. It includes:

✅ A large, octagon-shaped building within walking distance from the main lodge. Can be used for services, kids classes, worship nights, dancing and flag classes, or whatever else we may need it for!

✅ Plenty of folding chairs, a stage that has hook-ups for sound/musical equipment that attaches to a soundboard up on the balcony, two 55″ TV’s, and Wi-Fi internet throughout!

✅ A second-story balcony overlooking lower level with additional seating and tables.
