🔹 Registration is now closed. Check back this upcoming fall/winter for details on the 2025 Spring Feast Retreat.
🔹 Please do not contact the Wafloy Mountain Village for registration or information regarding the Spring Feast Retreat. All inquiries must go through the event coordinators either directly, or through the “Contact” page on this website.
🔹 Be sure to thoroughly read through the “Important” Page before beginning registration process. We want to ensure that everyone who attends the retreat can agree with and/or respectfully adhere to the information outlined on that page.
🔹 To begin registration, fill out the registration form by clicking on the “Register Here” button below.
🔹 Once we receive your registration form, we will email you with a rundown of your housing costs, a link where you can pay your deposit, and any other information we feel may be helpful. (Please allow a few days for us to get that email out to you).
🔹 If all of the rooms have been filled, your registration will be put on hold and you will be notified that you have been placed on a waiting list. If/when a room becomes available, we will inform you via email to see if you would like to continue the registration process.
🔹 Please note that your registration will not be complete until your deposit has been paid. Deposits are 30% of the total housing costs for your entire stay at the retreat. (The remainder of your housing fees will be due at the retreat.)
🔹 Once your deposit has been paid, you will get an email receipt for your transaction, as well as an additional confirmation email from us stating that your room has officially been reserved.
🔹 If you must cancel your registration, 100% of your deposit will be refunded as long as you contact us on or before April 5th, 2024. Any cancellation made after April 5th is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a not-for-profit event. All fees and donations received help to cover the lodging, food, and anything else needed to make this retreat possible. We have seen the LORD work miracles to bring each person/family to each Spring Feast Retreat. Even if you think you can't afford it or don't think you'll be able to get the time off to come, seek His face and ask Him to provide a way...then see how He moves!
